There is an "Unlimited Earnings Potential" in Affiliate Marketing.

Getting started quickly can keep your interest and give you that first Paycheck that will inspire you to make more and more money.

My basic tips will help you to leap into this business faster than someone that is surfing and surfing and trying to figure out where to put their investment money. You are investing in your education in Affiliate Marketing.....so.....start with my recommendations and you will be spending your education dollars wisely.

Finding a Teacher or Guru

If you have been surfing the Net and you have become frustrated at seeing so many Gurus telling you what you need to do first, I can make this easier for you to understand if you are just starting out.

When you start out, the first company that you can use to start promoting products from is ClickBank. This is the most reputable company you can work with. Of course that are other great companies you can associate yourself with but to get with those companies, you have to have a hosting account and a web site. You will learn about this when you pick your teacher.

Your First Task of Finding a Teacher:

You need to know who is going to be your Teacher. Right now, there are only two people that will actually teach you "ALL" that you need to know about Affiliate Marketing. You can call them Gurus or whatever you wish. Just know that all of the other Gurus are just trying to sell you a program that teaches you a part of Affiliate Marketing.


If you bought all of these separate programs and put them together to understand affiliate marketing as a whole, you would still be missing out on vital information that you need to start your Affiliate Marketing business. This is why I recommend only selecting from the two Gurus that I mention here.

Before you have picked your Guru below, there is still a lot to understand before you start doing everything that these Guru's teach.

It is important to use the programs that a Guru suggests.....but....know that there are other programs that do the same things but they give different results. It is important to make sure that the program that may suggest Key Words is not a program that has a Cache that gives out the same Key Words to everyone or say un-unique information to all. I am recommending programs that are unique and by using these programs, you will be taking your own course and not having to rely on the same things that other students are doing by using these same software programs. I will recommend a few of them below.

When you are starting out, it is important to keep your expenses as low as possible until you start getting your first paycheck. Then you can let the business pay for itself. Any businessman will tell you to do this if that businessman is smart.

So, I will be recommending the lowest priced programs that are available so that you can keep your start up costs to a minimum....and....until the business starts paying for itself. Then you can treat yourself to all of the software programs that you will ever need to prosper to the fullest. In other words, I will help you make decisions like making baby steps in to Affiliate Marketing.

But first know this, Marcus charges $97.00 a month for his teaching. It may take you six months to learn all that he has to teach. That is about $582.00 for six months. I feel that this course is too pricey compared to Mark Ling's $199.00 one time payment for his course.

But, Mark ling charges $67.00 per month when you join his online teaching club that includes hosting. Marcus does not include hosting with his package.

At some Point, you will have to take on the task of learning a WYSIWYG. This term means (what you see is what you get)!

From my experience, this statement is a bit of an oxymoron. Learning a WYSIWYG can be a frustrating experience. Fortunately YouTube can be of some help in understanding this type of program. Marcus Campbell has a free video on his site that can help you. Get on his mailing list and he will send you this tutorial.

I agree with Marcus that there is one WYSIWYG program, that is free, that is the best program to start out using. This program is "KOMPOZER". Get your copy and play with it and make your first web page. At some point, you will have to learn this program. No HTML knowledge is required. You could pay $400.00 to buy DreamWeaver and you may end up using Kompozer instead. The Kompozer site has video Tutorials as well.

At some point, you will need to know a Program called WordPress. This is a blogging programs that integrates with your Hosting Account. Mark Ling's course teaches this more than any other Guru available to learn from.

Why do you need to learn WordPress?

WordPress sends out a web site/blog to the Internet Community. This blog is picked up by something called Spyders or Spiders (I have seen both spellings used). These spiders post these blog sites at the head of the list because they are new content. Content, relevant new content is what Google and other search engines want. So, part of getting seen on the Internet with your money making sites is based on using Blogs. You can use a HTML editor program but your site might not be recognized as quickly. So, using WordPress is essential in today's Internet Community.

Now....There is one program that I see as an essential program to add to your arsenal. This program is unique and it is cheap to own. This is Fabian Lim's Keyword Tool. Keywords are core essentials that are needed to help you link High in Search Engine rankings. This program is not one that most people promote because the earnings for this program are low compared to other programs that Affiliates can make. This program beats the rest for several reasons.
